New Dashboard, New Login

It's not only a facelift. Same as our editor relaunch last year, our new dashboard is built on a more scalable and faster infrastructure. It's the next version of our app. To access it, you must use our new login URL app.valuecase.com (the old URL app.valuecase.DE still links to the old experience, but will be deprecated soon). But don't worry, your existing login credentials will continue to work just fine.

Where to Find What?

We've reworked our navigation, making it simpler than ever to find what you need. You'll find all options consolidated in the menu on the left side. Depending on your role, you'll see different options here.

The New Space List

Your Valuecase spaces list will still greet you when you log in, only now it's even faster and more efficient when it comes to searching and sorting.

Creating Spaces

The process of creating spaces remains as straightforward as before. Just click on 'create new space', enter your prospect's info, select the template, and you're good to go. If you are using our Hubspot integration, some of the information will be auto-filled.

Archiving Spaces

You can now archive spaces. This means they will no longer be accessible to prospects, who will receive a notification to reach out for updated info. You'll also receive an activity notification when this happens. You can find this option when you click on the three dots in your space list.

Change Space Owner

You now have the ability to change the owner of a space. If your spaces moves from SDR to AE to Customer Success, this feature will be particularly useful. You can find this option when you click on the three dots in your space list.

The New Template List

Managing and creating templates is now even more user-friendly. Sort and search just like the spaces, and add icons and descriptions for easy distinction. This will also make it easier for your team to select the right template when creating a space.

And you can now also archive templates so they can't be used to create new spaces anymore. To duplicate an existing template, use the three-dot menu in the template list.

Updated Settings

We've updated the 'my settings' feature for better profile management. If you're an admin, you'll see that we've completely reworked the administration settings for better space design and user management.

Important additional infos

• You can still access the old dashboard. But it will be deprecated soon.
• However, if you change any profile settings on the old dashboard, they won't be synced to the new dashboard.
• If you're using the Hubspot integration, you need to reconnect it to work with the new app. You can do so here: https://app.valuecase.com/dashboard/mySettings/integrations. It works the same way as before.
