After a few months of work, we're rolling out our time to completion analytics.
What's new
Our new time to completion analytics dashboard comes with 4 brand new reports that enable you to:
- Track Progress at Every Level: Understand how long action plans, milestones, and tasks take to complete, with averages and quartiles.
- Detailed Space Insights: Dive into individual spaces for precise data context.
- Spot Bottlenecks: Identify milestones or tasks causing delays.
- Flexible Filtering: Slice and dice data by template, action plan, milestone, task, and time.
Getting started
- Explore the Dashboard: Click Analytics in your Valuecase Sidebar.
- Tab between different levels: Use the tabs on top of the dashboard to switch between reports for templates, action plans, milestones, and tasks. You can also use "Open details" in the last column of the data tables to jump to the subsequent level and filter at the same time.
- Filter and Drill Down: Click on any data cell in the table to see the Spaces that belong to it. Use filters to uncover trends and zero in on specific details.
