New Dashboard Navigation

Navigating your daily tasks just got easier. Our redesigned dashboard sidebar is now grouped for seamless access:

• Activities to Tasks to Spaces: Everything for your day-to-day operations.
• Assets: Access templates the asset library, and placeholders.
• Reporting: All reports in one place.

We’ve moved settings to the top right corner—just click on your avatar.

Show Progress Across Multiple Action Plans

Many of you use multiple action plans in your Spaces, e.g. to separate implementation projects into phases.

Our Action Plan Progress Block now provides a multi-action plan overview. Explore the new settings in your block sidebar or read about it in our help center.

Persistent Links in Templates

Until now, linking between different parts of your Spaces, like jumping from an action plan quick action to a content block on another page, had to be done manually—pre-building these links in templates wasn’t possible.

This changes with Persistent Links. While editing a template, hover over a block you want to link to, click the three dots, and choose “Copy persistent link”. This copies a dynamic link to your clipboard. You can then paste it into the “Go to Website” quick action in your action plans or use it as a hyperlink in the text editor.

When you create a Space, these dynamic links automatically update with the correct Space URL, allowing your customers to move seamlessly between sections.

Additional Improvements

• Daily and weekly digest now include overdue and upcoming tasks.
• If you invite colleagues to a Space who don't have a Valuecase account, we now automatically assign them as an internal stakeholder in your stakeholder management and action plans.
