#1 Sync activities to Salesforce and HubSpot
Our integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot now sync activity data back to your CRM platform. This gives you better visibility into engagement and makes our data available for forecasting and deal reviews. Simply activate the CRM integration here and link your spaces to Opportunities / Deals during creation.
Important: If you've already connected to HubSpot, please re-connect the integration to ensure activity data is synced.
#2 Stay Up to Date with MS Teams Notifications
With our new MS Teams integration, you can get notifications for all Valuecase activities within MS Teams. This eliminates the need to visit Valuecase to check on the activity in your spaces. Find out how to activate MS Teams notifications here.
#3 Collaborative Block reworked
We've enhanced the Collaborative Block to clearly indicate to your customers that it's editable.
#4 Valuecase API: Custom placeholders
We already showed you our API and it completely transformed how some of you are using Valuecase.
In addition to automating the creation of personalized spaces, our latest update now allows you to add custom content through placeholders. For example, you could add a booking number from your CRM, a custom calendly link, or a form to a space without lifting a finger.

And that’s not all - here are some additional highlights
- Zoom recording embed: In the Content Block, you can now easily embed Zoom recordings by pasting the recording link.
- Google and Outlook Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available on the login page.
- Welcome pop-up can now also be edited via the checklist.
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint files can now be uploaded across all blocks, and will be converted to PDF for a consistent reading experience.
