More flexible Email Reminders & better Space Settings
New Settings Page
We simplified the layout to make everything easier to find. Email notifications and stakeholder views are now separate. Email settings are much more accessible, and the stakeholder view offers additional analytics for those with personalized tracking enabled (when customers enter their email address to join a Space).
New Task Due Reminders
You can now schedule email reminders for tasks both before and after the due date, making follow-ups effortless. This has been a highly requested feature by our customers.
Notification Overview
It's now easier to see which notifications are active for whom, right in the assignee modal or the Mutual Action Plan icon.
4 more new features
- Space Owner-Based Automation: Content automation now also works based on the Space owner. This is useful when you want to show content personalized by the Space owner (i.e., the Valuecase user).
- File Upload for Your Customers: We've added a new layout option to enable customers to upload files directly in the files block. You'll get an email notification whenever they do.
- Restrict Task Completion: You can now restrict customers from completing tasks in a Mutual Action Plan, allowing only you to decide when something is done.
- Copy Direct Link to Tasks: Copy the direct link to tasks from the three-dot menu in the top right corner of any opened action plan task. It opens the task detail view directly.
In addition, we made several user experience improvements: hiding the action plan quick action button once a task is completed, adding search fields to filters in the dashboard, making it easier to explore templates from our library, and adding four new custom fonts—Roboto, Alexandria, Space Grotesk, and Inter—that admins can set in company settings.
