- Keep tasks in sync: Update tasks across platforms automatically. For instance, mark tasks complete in Valuecase when similar tasks finalize in apps like Jira or Monday.
- Update spaces: Automatically update space properties based on external triggers, e.g. stage changes in your CRM. This enables you to use our content automation programmatically.
- Connect to AI: Both Make.com and Zapier offer countless AI integrations. You could e.g. create a text with AI and auto fill it into a placeholder in a Valuecase Space. This enables mass personalisation on a whole new level.

- Prerequisite: You need a Zapier or Make.com account.
- Grab your API credentials: You'll find them in your company settings (Admin only). Please keep them secure.
- Create your Zap or Make Scenario: For an easy start, go to our integration on the Zapier or Make.com marketplace and select an App to connect Valuecase with. Alternatively, the AI assistants in both platforms help you getting started as well.
- Build your workflow: Further build out your connection, if needed.
- Test the automation: Run the workflow to ensure everything works as expected.
