Overview:

Google Meet provides a robust platform for virtual meetings, including features for recording these sessions. With Valuecase's integration, you can embed these Google Meet recordings directly into your Valuecase spaces. This integration streamlines the sharing process, making it significantly easier for your team and clients to access and view recordings without navigating away from Valuecase.

How to use:

1. After your meeting has concluded, find your recording in Google Meet or in the associated Google Drive folder where it's automatically saved.
2. Share your recording by right-clicking on the file in Google Drive and selecting 'Get shareable link'. Ensure the link sharing settings are set to “Anyone with the link can view” to facilitate easy access.‍
3. Go to Your Valuecase Space, add a new content block or select an existing one.
4. Select "Add media item" in the sidebar.‍
5. In the Add file pop-up, select Google Meet and paste your link.‍
6. Click insert to complete the action, and your Google Meet recording will be embedded within your Valuecase space, ready for viewing by anyone with access to that space.
